What laws does Privora cover?
Launch focus is India’s DPDP Act (DPDPA). The data model is framework-agnostic so GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA-Singapore can be enabled as configuration — not a rewrite. Multi-framework selection ships on Business and above.
Is there a free plan?
No free forever tier. New accounts get a 14-day trial of Starter capabilities, then you subscribe to a paid plan to keep access. Gap Scanner on the marketing site stays free without an account.
How does pricing compare to consultants or US GRC tools?
Big 4 / boutique privacy engagements in India often quote ₹15L–₹2Cr+. US GRC platforms (e.g. Vanta-class) commonly start around $10K+/yr and are not DPDPA-native. Privora targets the India SMB gap: Starter from ₹2,499/mo or ₹19,999/yr, Growth from ₹9,999/mo, Business from ₹29,999/mo (list, excl. GST). Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual is discounted (~15–20% vs paying monthly). Monthly suits cash-flow-sensitive startups.
How do payments work in India?

Is Enterprise free because the price shows blank?

Can I cancel anytime? What’s the refund policy?
Yes — cancel renewal from Billing any time; access continues through the paid period. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after charge (see Refund Policy). New paid subscriptions may request discretionary goodwill review within 7 days of first successful charge if usage is negligible.
