Data Processing Addendum

When you use Privora as a customer, you are the controller of customer content and account personal data you submit; Privora acts as processor for product features that process that data on your instructions.

Processing purposes: provide privacy and compliance product features (inventory, consent, DSAR, breach workflows, readiness, billing), support, security monitoring of the service, and legal compliance.

Subprocessors are listed on request (hosting, email, payment). We implement encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and tenant isolation as described in the Security Policy.

International transfers use appropriate safeguards. Contact support@cybot-x.com to execute a signed DPA for enterprise orders.
